“Dexter: New Blood” picks up a decade after the events that took place in the 2013 “Dexter” finale. In the new series, Dexter (Michael C. Hall) has suppressed his serial killer urges and changed his name to Jim Lindsay. He lives a quiet, small-town life as a local shopkeeper in the fictitious Iron Lake, New York.

He may not be able to hide for long though. After a string of incidents in town, Dexter fears that his dark urges will rise back to the surface.
